W-Club: Loyalty program overview
W-Club is the loyalty and engagement program by Weltrade, designed to reward clients for consistent trading activity. Unlike traditional loyalty programs, W-Club is based on real trading activity, not deposit size or profitability. The program allows clients to earn Welcoins, progress through status levels, and redeem rewards as they trade.
What is what
W-Club runs on three parts, each with its own job:
W-Club — The loyalty program itself. Six status levels — the more you trade, the higher your level, and the better your voucher rates become.
Welcoin — The internal currency. You earn it automatically from the spread on every closed trade.

Earning rates by account type:
Pro / Raw Spread / Cent / SyntX accounts: 100 Welcoins per $1.00 spread or commission
Micro / Premium accounts: 50 Welcoins per $1.00 spread or commission
Types of Welcoins
There are two types of Welcoins, and the difference is important for level progression:

Important: Welcoins are not earned while any active bonus (Fixed Bonus, Promotional Bonus, etc.) is applied to the account. However, EXP points are still generated.

EXP is used only to determine your W-Club status level
Status levels

Permanent floor means that once a client reaches Explorer (Level 2), their status cannot drop below that level.
How level changes work
Level up happens immediately. The moment your EXP crosses a level's threshold, you move up — there's no waiting period or review.
Level down happens gradually, not all at once. If your EXP drops below your current level's threshold, a visible 30-day countdown starts instead of an instant demotion. If you bring your EXP back above the threshold before the countdown ends, it resets and your level doesn't change.
Drops are capped in two ways: you can lose at most one level per cycle, even if your EXP falls far below the current threshold; and you can never drop more than two levels below your all-time highest level reached.
Rolling measurement periods
Status levels are calculated using 90-day rolling periods.
Older trades outside the rolling period are not counted toward the current status.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
Earning & accumulation
Q: I closed a trade, but I didn’t receive any Welcoins. Why?
A: Please check if you have any active bonuses on your account. Welcoins are not earned while any active bonus (Fixed, Promocode, etc.) is present. Also, ensure the position is closed, as open positions do not generate Welcoins.
Q: Why didn’t my level increase even though I earned many Welcoins?
A: You may have earned “Non-Validated” Welcoins (e.g., via Boosters or promos). Only “Validated” Welcoins from trading your own funds without bonuses generate EXP for level progression.
Q: Do my Welcoins expire?
A: Typically no. However, if an account is completely inactive (no trades) for 180+ days, the status may be frozen or benefits suspended.
Status & progression
Q: Why was my status downgraded?
A: For levels up to Expert, status is based on a “Rolling 90-day” period. If your trading volume 91 days ago was high and it just “rolled off” the calculation window, your total 90-day EXP might have dropped below the threshold.
Q: I reached “Explorer” status. Will I drop back to “Beginner” if I stop trading?
A: No. Explorer (Level 2) is a permanent achievement floor. Once achieved, you cannot decline below Explorer regardless of inactivity.
Q: Can I spend my EXP to buy vouchers?
A: No. EXP cannot be spent; it is only a metric for your status. You spend your Welcoins to buy vouchers. Spending Welcoins does not decrease your EXP or affect your status.
